Updating Local Prices for Global Products

To update local prices for global products, follow the steps below:

Step 1

Navigate to the Price Lookup screen to search for the product code you want to update the local price for.

To access this screen, go to the main KNAPS menu, click on Sales, and then select Price Lookup.

Step 2

Enter the product code into the search field on the Price Lookup screen

Step 3

Choose the product code from the search results list.

Step 4

The pricing information for the selected product code will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5

To add a Local Price for sales of this product code, click the Stock Dashboard hyperlink located below the pricing information..

Clicking the Stock Dashboard hyperlink will take you to the Stock Dashboard screen.

Step 6

Scroll down to locate the Local Price field on the screen.

Here, you can set the Local Price for the product code.

Step 7

After setting the Local Price, click Save.

The entered local price will then appear under the Store column in the pricing information on the Price Lookup screen for that product code.
