Completing the PO
Stock Type
Choose the Stock Type, whether it is New or Display.

Quantity
Enter the Quantity of items you wish to order.

Order Price
KNAPS will populate the Order Price field with the default price in the system.

The Order price can be edited if required.
Step 6. Click Apply.
Click
and the order line will be added to the purchase order.

You may go back to Step5, and add more order lines on the purchase order for the same distributor.
Step 7. Editing your order lines (not mandatory)
If you wish to make any adjustments to the order lines, you may click the
button to edit your order line, or you may click the
button to delete the order line.
To cancel the purchase order, you may click the
button at the bottom of the screen.
Clicking
will save the purchase order, so that you can complete it at a later stage.
Step 8. Completing the purchase order
To send the purchase order to your distributor, click the
button at the bottom of the screen.
A pop up will then appear asking if you would like to print or email the purchase order to the distributor.

If you choose the print option, a new tab will open with the purchase order in pdf format (see below image), giving you the option to print the purchase order by clicking the
button on the top right corner of the screen.

If you choose to email the purchase order, an email window will pop up giving you the option to email the purchase order to your distributor.

If the distributor email address is saved in the system, it will be auto populated for you in the
field. If not, you can manually fill in the email address.
The email
will be auto populated in the email window. The subject field can also be edited as desired.
The email module will automatically attach the purchase order you created as a PDF. ![]()
Finally, you have the option to enter an email message in the email body, if you wish to do so.

Once you are happy with the details, click the
button on the bottom right corner of the email window, and the purchase order will be emailed to the distributor.
Once the purchase order has been printed or emailed, it will be designated as
on the top of the Purchase Order screen (see image below).

Reprinting or re-emailing the purchase order.
You may also reprint the purchase order or send it to your distributor via email again by clicking on the
icon on the top right corner of the purchase order screen.

The following drop-down menu will appear. Choose to either print or email the purchase order.
