Dispatching Stock

Once the stock has been dispatched from the origin stock location, users can click the Dispatch Stock button to change the document status from Open to In Transit. This will move the stock on the document into the In Transit stock location, indicating that the stock is on a vehicle headed towards its destination.

Note: All lines on the document must have a sufficient number of stock lines associated with them before the stock can be dispatched.

During the In Transit phase, users can click the Reopen Transfer button to reopen the document and make any necessary changes. This will change the document status to ReOpen.

Note: Reopening the document will book the stock back into the origin stock location, creating a Book In movement.
