Creating a Transfer Out document
Step 1.
Click on the Create+ button ![]()
The following sections will appear on the screen:
“Transfer to Store Header”
“Transfer to Store Details”
Step 2.
Enter details in the “Transfer to Store Header” section.

To Store: The store your stock item will be transferred to.
Transfer for Free (Don’t create store debt): Transfer fee is not applicable.
Comments for: Comments for the receiving store.
Comments: Internal comments for your store only.
Destination Location: Location where the stock item will be transferred to (the receiving store may have multiple locations such as store and/or warehouse).
Step 3.
Enter details in the “Transfer to Store Details” section.

Choose and enter the Transfer Rate from the drop-down list.

System Net Price: The Net price saved in the system at time of transfer
Actual Net Price: This is the price that the store ended up paying after bonus, rebates etc.
Override Price: Manually entered price by the user.
Enter the product model in the Product field.

Select whether the stock item is New or Display.

If the stock item is faulty check the Faulty check-box.
Choose the quantity of items to be transferred, by clicking on the green pen button
next to the Quantity field.

This will open a pop-up screen called Select Stock Line(s).

Select the line item you wish to transfer from the list provided, then click OK.

A new transfer line will appear in the table.

If you wish to add more transfer line items, repeat the above-mentioned steps.
Step 4.
Once you are ready to process the transfer click Complete
at the bottom of the screen.
The chosen item will now be booked out from your system.
Step 5.
If you wish to edit a transfer line, click the green edit button
.

Make the required changes to your transfer line then click
.
To delete a transfer line, click the red delete button
.

Step 6.
If you wish to reopen a transfer line, click on Reopen
at the bottom of the page.

If you wish to cancel a transfer document, click the Cancel button
.
