Excluding Payment Types from Till Balance

To exclude specific payment types from the till balance, follow these steps:

Step 1

Click Store Settings from the dropdown menu in the top-right corner of your screen.

Step 2

Click on Payments in the menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 3

Scroll down to Payment Types.

Step 4

Select the payment type you want to exclude from the till balance, then click the edit (pen) icon to the right of it.

Step 5

Disable the Show on till balance option in the Edit Payment Type window.

Then click Update.

Step 6

Click Save Changes.
