Cancelling Store Claims
Use the following steps to cancel a claim:
Step1
Navigate to Store Claims via Accounting & Claims > Credit & Claims > Store Claims.

The following screen will be displayed.

Step2
Select the claim you want to cancel by clicking the green pen icon
located at the far right of the claim line.

This will open the claim document.

Step3
Click on Reopen at the bottom of the claim document.

This will restore the claim document to its original state before it was submitted.

Step4
To Cancel the Claim, click on Cancel at the bottom of the claim document.

You'll notice the document status has now changed to Cancelled.

Note: Claims that have already been credited cannot be cancelled or reversed from the store side. The system does not permit such cancellations.

When attempting to cancel such claims, the system will display the following error message:
In such cases, the store should contact the Head Office to process the claim reversal.
