Manually creating individual products

To manually create individual products in KNAPS, please follow the following steps.

Step1. In the main KNAPS menu click on the Products tab under Product and Category.

The following screen will then be displayed

The fields highlighted in pink are mandatory fields.

Step2. Enter the following mandatory fields for the individual product you are creating:

Code: Product code

Name: Product name

Brand: Brand name

Availability: Members that this product will be made available to

Choose the product Class, Type and Category.

If you wish to do so, you may also enter the remaining non-mandatory fields on the screen.

Step3. Enter the product pricing details under the section.

There are three Price Levels available:

It is mandatory to add Trade and Go prices for the Product. Recommended Retail price is optional.
