Creating Local Claims
Local claims can only be created for local distributors.
Step1
Click the Create+
button to begin creating your local claim. The following screen will be displayed:

Select the Claim Type you want to create from the available dropdown options.

Choose Distributor from the Claim From option:

Enter the Claims Reference:

Step3
Enter the Product code in the Product field:

The Select Stock Line(s) modal will appear.

Choose the stock line for which you want to create the claim, then click OK.
Enter the claim amount in the Unit Claim Price (excl.) field, then click Apply
.

The claim line will then be displayed on the screen.

To view details of your claim, click on this button next to the claim line
. To edit your claim, click on the pen
button. To cancel the claim line, click on the red
button.
Step4
Notice the three buttons on the bottom of the screen:
Click Save to store the document and return to it later for completion.
Click Cancel if you wish to delete the document.
If you are happy with the claim details, click Complete.
Step5
Once you click Complete, the system will prompt you to either print the document (to send to your distributor) or email it as a PDF attachment to your distributor.

Step6
Refresh your screen.
The status of your document will now be updated to Awaiting CN.
This indicates that your claim is awaiting a Credit Note from your distributor.
