Outstanding Claims

The Outstanding Claims section of the screen shows three lines of information related to the distributor's outstanding claims:

• +90 Days: This line shows information related to outstanding claims older than 90 days for the selected distributor.

• 60 Days: This line provides information on outstanding claims within the past 60 days for the selected distributor.

• 30 Days: This line displays information on outstanding claims within the past 30 days for the selected distributor.

A claims total is also displayed for each line:

Notice the “+” sign to the left of each of these lines:

Clicking the “+” sign will expand the line, revealing a table that lists the outstanding claims along with various details for each claim.

The following information is also available for each of the three lines:

• Total Value of outstanding claims.

This section also includes two filters that let you refine your results for the outstanding claims:

Note the wrench icon in the top right corner of the Outstanding Claims section

Clicking the wrench icon lets you print a Claims Statement for the selected distributor.
