Outstanding Returns
The Outstanding Returns section of the screen shows three lines of information related to the distributor's outstanding returns:
+90 Days: This line shows information related to outstanding returns older than 90 days for the selected distributor.
60 Days: This line shows information on outstanding returns within the past 60 days for the selected distributor.
30 Days: This line shows information on outstanding returns within the past 30 days for the selected distributor.
A returns total is also displayed for each line:
Notice the “+” sign to the left of each of these lines:
Clicking the “+” sign will expand the line, revealing a table that lists the outstanding returns along with various details for each return.
The following information is also available for each of the three lines:
Total Value of outstanding returns.
This section also includes two filters that let you refine your results for the outstanding returns:
