Bulk Upload of Local Prices

To bulk upload updates to local prices for global products, proceed with the steps below:

Step 1

From the main KNAPS menu, navigate to Stock Management and select Stock Dashboard.

Step 2

On the Stock Dashboard screen, scroll down to the Inventory section.

Look for the wrench icon on the right side of the screen and click it

Step 3

Select Update Stock Inventory from the drop-down menu.

Step 4

The Stock Inventory Upload modal will appear.

Click Download Template.

Step 5

A CSV template will be downloaded for entering product details in bulk to update local pricing.

Once the CSV is completed, make sure to save it.

Step 6

Return to the Stock Inventory Upload modal and click Choose File. Select the saved CSV file and upload it.

Step 7

To upload the file in Test mode, select the Test Mode option on the right side of the Stock Inventory Upload modal.

Then click Upload.

Step 8

If the upload results are all successful, turn off Test Mode, then click Upload to submit the file live to the system.

The local price will then be displayed under the Store column in the pricing information on the Price Lookup screen for that product code.
