Sale Returns (No Sale)

To access the Sale Returns (No Sale) screen, click Sale Returns (No Sale) under Sales.

Step 1

Enter the customer details as required.

The following screen will be displayed.

Step 2

Enter the following information about the sale:

· Sale Invoice #

· Invoice Date (this can be back dated)

· Payment Type

· Return Amount (incl.) (Amount to be returned to customer)

Step 3

Scroll down the screen to the Sale Line Details section.

Select the product code from the Product field. Once the product is selected, the following fields will appear.

Fill in the required fields in the Sale Line Details section.

The fields with red highlights are mandatory fields:

Step 4

After filling in the mandatory fields, click the Apply button. Doing so will create the Sale Line for Return.

Step 5

To complete the return, click the Complete button.

The following warning message will appear:

To proceed, click OK .
