Price Lookup Screen

In the main menu click on the Price Lookup menu item under Sales.

The following screen will appear.

On this screen, you will be able to search for all products (Individual and Central), by using the multi term search feature available on the screen. You may enter at least 3 characters from the product model code or product description.

You may also restrict your search results, by choosing from all or any of the drop-down options on the screen.

The Product Categories filter drop-down list allows the user to reduce search results to Class, Type and Category preferences.

The Brands filter drop-down list allows the user to reduce search results by Brand.

You can also leave the search field empty and choose from any or all of the above drop-down options, and just click on search. This type of search will give you results for all product models restricted to the selections you have made from the drop-down options available. If you want the Inactive products to appear in your search results, select the Show Inactive check-box

The search results table will appear as follows:

Each product line displays brand, product availability and pricing information for the respective product.

Clicking on a product model will take you to the product details screen.

For example, clicking on product model TCKFRIDGECAB will take you to the following product details screen.

The product details screen displays product information such as distributor, brand, availability and pricing.

You may also click the New Tab icon to open the same product details screen (mentioned earlier), but in a new tab.
