Sales Dashboard

To access the Sales Dashboard screen, click Sales Dashboard under Sales.

This will open the Sales Dashboard screen along with its details:

This screen displays three main graph bars:

• Year to Date

• Moth to Date

• Week to Date

All three graph bars will display the following information:

• Sales dollar figure:

• Gross Profit dollar figure:

• Gross Profit percent:

Notice the left side bar of the graph:

These figures represent the total sales dollar value.

Notice the right-side bar of the graph:

1. Gross profit dollar figures.

2. Gross profit percentage figures.

Year to Date Graph

Notice the available filters on top of the graph:

Choose whether you would like to display Actual gross profit total or Pending gross profit total, by switching between Actual and Pending using this switch:

Select Financial, Rolling or Calendar year:

Select from the sale type drop down:

Select the year from the drop down:

The graph will display data according the selections made above.

Month to Date Graph

Notice the available filters on top of the graph:

Choose whether you would like to display Actual gross profit total or Pending gross profit total, by switching between Actual and Pending using this switch:

Select from the sale type drop down:

Select the month from the drop down:

Select the year from the drop down:

The graph will display data according the selections made above.

Week to Date Graph

Notice the available filters on top of the graph:

Choose whether you would like to display Actual gross profit total or Pending gross profit total, by switching between Actual and Pending using this switch:

Select from the sale type drop down:

Select a day from the drop down:

Select the month from the drop down:

Select the year from the drop down:

The graph will display data according the selections made above.

Daily Sales Panel

This panel is a breakdown of your daily sales.

It displays current day sales only.

This panel displays three daily sale types:

· Written sales

· Invoiced Sales

· Delivered sales

Gross Profit Panel (Dollar)

This panel is a breakdown of gross profit in $ value.

This panel displays three gross profit types:

· Written

· Invoiced

· Delivered

Gross Profit Panel (%)

This panel is a breakdown of gross profit in %.

This panel displays three gross profit types:

· Written

· Invoiced

· Delivered

Daily Sales by Salesperson Panel

This panel displays the current day sales (invoiced) value made by the salespeople.

Most Valued Customers

This panel displays customers with the highest dollar value sales.

Cost of Sales

This panel allows the user to calculate cost of sales.

To do so, enter the Start and End dates, then click the Submit button.
