Sales Returns
To access the Sales Returns screen, click Sales Returns under Sales.

This will open the Sales Returns screen.

Step 1
To refund / return an invoiced item, search for the sale line in the sales list displayed on the screen. To assist you in your search, you may use the search filters available on the screen.

Locate the sale line you wish to create the refund / return for.

Click on the Return button located to the right of the sale line.
This will open the returns screen.

Step 2
Select the sale line you wish to make a return for, by selecting the check box to the far right of the sale line.

Step 3
Once you have selected the items to be returned, click the Refund and Return Items button.
The following modal will open.

Fill in the Mark as Faulty, Faulty Comment and Return Reason fields of the table as required (Only the Return Reason field is mandatory for proceeding). Then click the Proceed button.
The following Payments modal will then be displayed.

This modal gives the user three options:
Return with refund
Return without refund
Refund only
Returning Items Without Refund.
If you would like to return the sale items without refund, click the Return item without refund button.
Return Items with Refund
To return items and refund the payment, select the payment line you wish to refund, and under the options field select the refund method.

Then click Pay .
The Confirm Refund modal will appear. Click Proceed .
