Full Stocktake Process (p1)
Initiating a FULL Stocktake
Step1.
Under Select Stocktake type choose Full and click Start Stocktake
.

The following screen will appear

Notice the top menu bar on the screen:
Print Count Sheet – This table will display what stock items are currently available in your inventory. The printout can also be printed and used to manually count your stock by recording the number of items counted for a product in the Count column.

Print Variance Report – The items currently in your stock inventory are listed in this report. The table in this report will also show the number of items counted versus the number of items expected in your inventory. The quantity difference between the actual number of items counted and the expected item count in the system is displayed in the Variance column. Throughout the stocktake procedure, the report can be printed at any time. You will notice that the report is always titled "PRELIMINARY" until the stocktake is finalised. The word “PRELIMINARY” will then be replaced with “FINAL”.

Complete Stocktake – Once the stocktake count is completed, click Complete Stocktake.
Delete Stocktake – You may delete the stocktake at any time throughout the stocktake process by clicking this button (Note: once a stocktake is finalised, it cannot be deleted).
Step2.
To start recording stock counts, you need to use the Count Groups feature.

You may set up numerous count groups for the stock count, depending on your stocktaking requirements. For example, you could choose to create one count group for the entire store, or you could divide the count groups based on employees, item categories, store locations etc. If desired, you can split your count groups by store areas - such as “Front-end” and “Back-end” - or into teams, like “Team A”, “Team B” and “Team C”, having each team counting a designated area of the store.
Click on Add Count Group
and the following pop-up window will appear.

Enter the count group’s Name, select the Stock Location where the counting will take place, and choose the Staff member (not mandatory) who will be responsible for this count group, then click Save
. You can create as many count groups as required for the stocktake. Once finished, the Count Groups section of the Stocktake screen will be populated with the added count groups. (Note: you may add multiple count groups).

Step3.
To start entering count results, click on the count group name. For example, click on “Team A”
. The following screen will be displayed.
