Initiating a FULL Stocktake

Step4.

Enter the Product model counted.

Choose the product Stock Type

Select whether the items counted are Faulty or Not Faulty.

And finally insert the number of items counted for that product model.

When you are finished from the product count, Click Add .

The number of items counted for the Product model will be displayed at the bottom of the Count Group screen.

At this stage, you may still edit the number of items counted by clicking on the – and + buttons on the bottom right of the screen, or you may click the bin button to completely delete a product model count.

You may repeat Step4 on this same screen for “Team A” for as many product models as required.

Once you have completed entering “Team A” count results, click Back to go back to the Stocktake screen.

Notice the section of the screen marked in red. This section of the screen will display your count results for each product counted, highlighting the Counted, Expected and Variance values.

Note: If “Team B” enters count values for any of the same products as “Team A”, “Team B” count will be added to “Team A” count and the resultant values displayed in this section of the screen as a combined value.

To enter count results for “Team B”, click on Team B .

Repeat the process described in Step 4.

Notice that “Team B” counted 1 item for product model TC4K10. “Team A” counted 2 items for the same product model earlier. The two team counts will be added in the Stocktake screen and displayed as one resultant value of 3.

All count group results will be aggregated and displayed in main Stocktake screen.

On this screen you can also check and review the variance report preliminary results by clicking the Variance Report button on the top of the screen.

Step5.

At this stage, you may still go into the count groups and edit information or counts that may need editing. Once you are satisfied with the report click the Complete Stocktake button.

The following screen will be displayed.

At this stage, you still have the option to check the stocktake variance preliminary results. If you feel there is something missing, or you wish to re-count certain product models, you still have the option of re-opening the stocktake by clicking the Re-Open Stocktake button , and repeating the count process discussed earlier again.
