Full Stocktake Process (p3)
Initiating a FULL Stocktake
Step6.
After clicking the Complete Stocktake button, you will notice a new column appearing called “Manual correction”.

Under this column you will see two button types, Write On
and Write Off
. Any products with a negative variance number will have a Write Off in the Manual Correction column, and any products with a positive variance number will have a Write On in the Manual Correction column.
To manually correct the stock count for negative variance lines, click on Write Off, and a pop-up modal with a list of stock items for that product will appear.

From the list of item lines displayed, choose which items you want the system to book out, and click Apply. The system will only allow you to choose the same number of items equaling to the negative variance number for that product line.
Step7.
To manually correct the stock count for positive variance counts, click on Write On.

In the Write On pop-up window, we can edit Net Prices for the items to be booked in if required. Once completed, click Apply.
Please note that reopening a stocktake at this stage will erase all manually corrected data via the Write On and Write Off process.
All manually corrected data won’t be applied to the system, until the stocktake is finalised by clicking the Finalise stocktake button
.
Also note, that if a stock is marked by the system as on return or on transfer out, you will not be able to finalise the stocktake, until it is completely booked out from the system.
Step8.
Once you’re happy with everything, you can click on Finalise Stocktake
, and the stocktake will be finalised and applied to the system.
At this stage, the stocktake cannot be reopened or edited!

You will notice that a new column has now appeared called Details.

Clicking the Details button
allows you to see the movement details for each stock line.
For example, clicking on the Details button for product model EKD8W will display the following window.

And clicking on the Details button for product model FRIDGEDBBLK will display the following window.

If stock items have been booked out, they will be marked as OUT, and if stock items have been booked in, they will be marked as IN under the “MOVEMENT” column.
Congratulations, you have finished your FULL stocktake!
