Sale Payment Using Credit
Notice the CREDIT IS AVAILABLE flag
in the Payments modal.

This indicates that customer credit is available for usage in order to pay for this transaction.
Step 1
Click on the Account tab, then select the Use Credit check box. Notice that the Credits drop-down field will be displayed.

Step 2
Click on the Credits drop-down field and select the credit line you wish to use to make this payment.


Notice the Credits field will display an Amount value and Balance value for the chosen credit line.
Amount: This value is the amount initially credited to the customer.
Balance: This value is the amount left in this credit line (since a partial amount from this credit line may have been used to make previous payments).
Step 3
Enter the amount you wish to use from the chosen credit line in the Payment field.

Click Pay
to make the payment.
Note: You can repeat Step2 and Step3 multiple times for the same sales transaction, selecting different credit lines each time (if available), until you have paid the full amount due for that sale.
