Claims Screen

To reach the Store Claims screen, click on the Store Claims menu item under Credit & Claims in the Accounting & Claims section of the KNAPS main menu.

The following screen will appear

On this screen, you will be able to search for all claims created by your store. You may also restrict your search results, by choosing from all or any of the filter options on the screen.
