Creating Claims

To create a claim, click on the Create+ button on the top right corner of the Claims screen.

You may also click on the + button next to the Store Claims menu item in the main KNAPS menu.

You will then be taken to the Store Claims creation screen.

To start your Claim creation process, you need to select the type of claim you are creating from the Claim Type drop-down options provided in the Claim Type drop down options.

Then, select Support Office or Distributor from the Claim From drop-down options
