Sell Through Claims

Sell-Through (ST) claims are automatically generated by KNAPS on behalf of the stores

To view your store's ST claims, navigate to the KNAPS main menu, go to the Accounting & Claims section, and click on the Sell-Through Claims option under the Credit & Claims menu.

Clicking the Sell-Through Claims menu item will take you to the following screen:

On this screen, you can search for all ST claims generated by your store. To narrow down the results, select any combination of the available filters and click the Search button.

To display all results, clear any selected filters and click the Search button.

Notice the Doc Status column:

This column displays the status of the store's ST claims
