Various Claim Types (p2)
Over Charge
To create an Over Charge claim, select Over Charge from the Claim Type drop-down options.

Select Support Office or Distributor from the Claim From drop-down options

Search for and enter the Approved invoice that has been overcharged in the Invoice field.

Scroll down the screen and go to the Claim Details-Invoice section of the screen.
Choose the Invoice Line you wish to make the Claim on.

After selecting the Invoice Line, enter the Unit Claim Price (excl.) amount you wish to claim, then click Apply ![]()

To complete your claim process, refer to the Completing a Claim section of this document (below).
Rebate
To create a Rebate claim, select Rebate from the Claim Type drop-down options.

For Rebate claims follow the same steps as those mentioned in Advertising Allowance claims.
Store Support
To create a Store Support claim, select Store Support from the Claim Type drop-down options.

Select Support Office or Distributor from the Claim From drop-down options

If Support Office is chosen, the following section will appear.

Enter the Claim Amount (excl.) to be claimed and then click Apply ![]()
If Distributor is chosen, the following section will appear.

Start entering the Distributor name in the Claiming From field, and choose the correct Distributor from the drop-down list.
Enter the Claim Amount (excl.) to be claimed and then click Apply ![]()
To complete your claim process, refer to the Completing a Claim section of this document (below).
Sundry Claim
To create a Sundry Claim, select Sundry Claim from the Claim Type drop-down options.

To process Sundry claims, follow the same steps as those mentioned in Advertising Allowance claims.
