Various Claim Types (p1)
Advertising Allowance
To create an Advertising Allowance claim, select Advertising Allowance from the Claim Type drop-down options.
Then select either Support Office or Distributor from the Claim From drop-down options.
If Support Office is selected, the following section will appear in the claims screen
Enter the amount to be claimed in the Claim Amount (excl.) field, then click Apply 
If Distributor is selected, the following section will appear in the claims screen
Enter and search for the distributor you are claiming from in the Claiming From field, then enter the amount to be claimed in the Claim Amount (excl.) field, then click Apply 
To complete your claim process, refer to the Completing a Claim section of this document (below).
Credit Deposit
To create a Credit Deposit claim, select Credit Deposit from the Claim Type drop-down options.
For this type of claim you can only select Support Office from the Claim From drop-down options.
Once selected, the following section will appear in the claims screen
Enter the amount to be claimed in the Claim Amount (excl.) field, then click Apply 
To complete your claim process, refer to the Completing a Claim section of this document (below).
Damage Allowance
To create a Damage Allowance claim, select Damage Allowance from the Claim Type drop-down options.
Then select either Support Office or Distributor from the Claim From drop-down options. The same process will be followed for both options in this case.
The following section will appear in the claims screen
Search for and select the product model code in the Product field.
Once the product model code is selected, a pop-up similar to the one below will appear.
Select the item you wish to make the claim for by ticking the relevant line-item check-box in the “select” column, then click OK.
Enter the amount to be claimed in the Unit Claim Price (excl.) field, then click Apply 
To complete your claim process, refer to the Completing a Claim section of this document (below).
Manual Price Protection
To create a Manual Price Protection claim, select Manual Price Protection from the Claim Type drop-down options.
For this type of claim you can only select Distributor from the Claim From drop-down options.
Once selected, the following section will appear in the claims screen
Search for and select the product model code you wish to make the claim for in the Product field.
Once the product model code is selected, a pop-up similar to the one below will appear.
Select the item you wish to make the claim for by ticking the relevant line-item check-box in the “select” column, then click OK.
Enter the amount to be claimed in the Unit Claim Price (excl.) field, then click Apply
